Hey! I'm Chinstrap (not my real name but you know), a wildlife photographer based in Europe, currently. I mostly shoot birds - with a camera of course - but will photograph any animals, and sometimes even non-animal things.Apart from photography, I also really enjoy birding. I first starting birding after moving to Europe, which is a bit of a shame since North American birds are objectively better than European birds (sorry!).Going to Antarctica in 2023 definitely solidified my interest in birding. I first started keeping a life list there! I would love to share my lifer count here, but to be honest I don't actually know what it is right now.My favorite bird is the Chinstrap Penguin, though I do love Atlantic Puffins and Common Wood Pigeons as well.I currently run the @chinstrapphotography Instagram and TikTok accounts. I also write bird articles on Medium. You can get many of my photos for free, to use almost anywhere, on my Pexels!And if you're wondering, I use a Canon R7 + RF 100-400mm, but for awhile I used a Sony DSC-WX350!🐧🐧🐧
